Automatic bending machine for thermoplastic materials ABM-D 135

The Shannon ABM-D 135 is a very productive automatic bending machine for plastic sheets upto 5 mm. thickness. Several sheets can be bent at once, or 1 sheet can be bent up to a length of 135 cm. The machine is provided with:

• 2 adjustable heating profiles in the top and 2 profiles in the bottom with 4 digital temperature controllers.
• 2 vacuum systems to hold the material into place together with 2 clamping bars in the top frame.
• 1 Digital timer and footswitch to control the complete bending cycle.
• Cold air system to speed up the cooling process.
• Linear positioning system of the front heating profile, vacuum system and bending bar.
• The option to turn of 1 heating-, bending- and cooling-line to make a production with a single bent.
• 4 protractors to set the exact angle of each bend.
• Durable Trespa table surface with a back stop.
• Wheels and brakes to easily move the machine around when needed.

Optional: Teflon coated foil bending profiles can be mounted in the top heating profiles to heat materials by contact. For thin sheets or foamed PVC sheets.
