The economical Shannon EF-200 is a compact and very productive diamondpolishing machine for the plastic sheet processing industry. It produces a clear, glossy polished edge on acrylic sheets up to a thickness of 20 mm. Single or multiple workpieces are fed by two constant-tension precision gear driven belt assemblies across a special diamond cutter.
The machine is provided with an emergency switch, multiple safety guards, ground tracks and adjustable feet for levelling. The natural diamondtool is able to polish PMMA and other plastics like PC and PET-G with an high transparency finish.
A variety of underframes are available for an ideal working height and a stabile conduction of bigger sheets.
